At The Canine Club, each order is made just for you. We partner with trusted print-on-demand providers to deliver high-quality, made-to-order products while reducing waste and overproduction. Below is everything you need to know about how shipping works.
Order Processing
All products are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner (Printify). Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. During peak seasons or holidays, production may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Once your order is produced, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Estimated Shipping Times (U.S.):
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days (if selected at checkout)
Note: These timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location, weather, or carrier delays.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future!
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. If you haven’t received one within 7 business days, feel free to reach out to us at [info@thecanineclub.shop].
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. For packages that are lost in transit, delayed beyond reason, or arrive damaged, please email us at [info@thecanineclub.shop] with your order number and issue details. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Incorrect Shipping Info
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
